My Words Return!

My words return!

Like the flowers bursting into bloom in May,  my words return.

As my mileage slowly increases
-my heart, soul, and mind are restored
-my words return
-I find Peace
-I find Happiness

Sun on my face
Cool air on my skin
Running shoes on my feet (& my DryMax socks)
Open roads unending
My ipod plays songs new and old
Thoughts for blogs run through my head.
Gratitude at every turn
Life is Good!

As my mileage slowly increases
I have a better life
My gratitude quickly increases
I’m a better wife

My words return!
                                                                                                    -Ginny

Running to you is like music, I think. Keep composing!

Love this!! You gave a true gift for writing!
I am so relieved that you are back to training and feeling well; I've been thinking about you often! I'm going to put you on google reader so I can keep track of you daily :).

Reading your past blogs, I was going to say that one thing I do when I need to drop some pounds is to cut out my carbs after 2:00 and eat a little more protein. I also increase protein when I'm training a lot because it's a great muscle repairer.

Happy Thursday! Have a good run :)!

Hi Ginny,
I'm computer dumbo so don't know how to get your email off my blog (but I think I have it somewhere). The city on my blog is Denver - that's where I live. :)

How are you feeling? Meg is the Boston queen but if you want any details from one that sn't super speedy, give me a shout. Do lots and lots of hill training cuz that's what really got me last year. They come quick at mile 17 and are relentless until mile 20ish. I'm doing a lot of 3-way lunges to prep, too, and other glute work. Where are you staying?

I am NOT the Boston Queen Silly Jilly...anyway Ginny, I didn't get your email again!! Can you place your email address somewhere on this blog tomorrow and I'll check it and then email you the stuff?? Sorry, I don't know what's going on!
Meg

Thanks so much Jill and Meg. My email addy is cdufrene@netdoor.com Please send any thing that may help.

Still feeling the hip some, so I am being extra cautious with the mileage and haven't started any speed or tempos yet. May be an extra slow Boston for me, but if I can run it I will be happy.
I will be at the Boston Park Plaza hotel and towers, near the finish I'm told. Anyone know anything about this hotel?
